Cooperation with the National Bokarius Forensic Science Institute Ukraine

On January 15, 2025, the Director of the National Scientific Center «Hon. Prof. M. S. Bokarius Forensic Science Institute», Serhii Tiulieniev, and the CMO of Panacea Cooperative Research, Sebastian Kaiser, signed a supplemental cooperation agreement in an online format. This agreement continues the successful partnership established in 2023. The new document reaffirms mutual commitments and outlines the terms for further collaboration, particularly the continued use of the Skeleton-ID software throughout 2025. Both parties expressed satisfaction with the results of their previous cooperation and emphasized its importance for developing forensic expertise.

Key areas of collaboration include the implementation of innovative solutions, the development of joint projects, and the enhancement of approaches in forensic science. The Skeleton-ID project, in particular, stands out as a prime example of an effective international partnership aimed at advancing scientific research and justice.

This agreement marks a significant step in strengthening international ties, uniting the efforts of Ukrainian and foreign specialists to ensure justice, uphold the rule of law, and promote the advancement of modern forensic science.
